As a Trust, we bring together our unique academies in our belief in the power of education to change lives and communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Brook Learning Trust as the Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting our schools in their aim to become the school of choice in their local area.
This is a new role, for one year initially. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence, develop, deliver and evaluate a customer-focused marketing strategy for Brook Learning Trust’s academies. You will lead marketing and communications activities across the whole spectrum including: media, PR, brand management, copy writing, external and internal communications and the development of engaging, relevant website and social media content. This role really will enable you to apply and develop your marketing expertise and welcomes creativity, innovation and professionalism in promoting our academies to a wide range of different stakeholders.
With an eye for detail and excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, you will support the Principals and Heads of Academy Administration across our three sites, prioritising a busy workload and meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate must have an interest in the educational sector and a keen appetite to join us on our journey to proactively market and promote our academies and our vision for education.
Our central Trust team is based at The High Weald Academy, Cranbrook, however the role will require frequent travel to our other sites in Tonbridge and Swanscombe.
