HRGO Group

Are you looking for a rewarding and flexible career? Do you take pride in helping others and enabling people to live life to the fullest?

If this sounds like you, working as a Support Worker you would be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults and enhancing their life, whilst promoting choice and Independence.

You will need to hold an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (care certificate), as well as all the mandatory training units, including Moving & Handling of People (practical), Basic life support, and First Aid - These units can be provided at a very small cost to help you get on your way.

Working as a support worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with all aspects of life, whether this be assisting with food shopping, medication, personal care, or enjoying leisure activities.

Successful applicants will be invited to an induction, and will be able to discuss availability with an experienced Healthcare consultant, so that we can offer you shifts around your availability.

As a bank support worker, you will be flexible and willing to work at short notice where possible.

An enhanced DBS check will be required in order to work with vulnerable people, which we will be happy to organise for you, however if you have registered on the update service, this will avoid having to pay out for another check.

For more information, or even an informal chat, give Sam at HRGO a call.
