This is a fabulous opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest in a Science/Chemistry/Laboratory related position looking to gain some additional experience, with a global manufacturing client in the area.

A relevant Science related degree would be an advantage, but we are also very happy to receive applications from individuals with A level or equivalent in a Science related subject, ie. Chemistry, Biology etc.

Applicants must be able to work safely in a Laboratory environment and work to GLP and GMP standards, all within a friendly/supportive team environment.

Working within the Quality Department, as a Laboratory Technician, within a friendly team. you will be required to perform analytical testing, following established procedures within the Lab and providing accurate testing results, all within a friendly team setting.
You will require good communication skills and a friendly personality.
We are looking for someone with the ability to learn new analytical procedures.
Maintaining a Lab note book, recording and reporting accurate results helpful.

Working Hours:
You will be required to become part of an established shift pattern working on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis between the hours of 6am and 6pm (no night shift working required).
You will be working 40 hours per week and an excellent hourly rate is available.
