We are recruiting a Performing Arts Project Lead

12 hours per week, currently working Monday & Friday

(One day in the Sittingbourne group & one day in the Canterbury group)

£18,000-£21,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience/qualifications

25 days leave plus bank holidays pro rata

A background working as a Practitioner in performing arts.
Experience in project development and nurturing ideas through to production.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt support given.
A drive and passion for equality.
Skills to work flexibly and use your own initiative.
A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm to motivate others.

The groups include people with learning difficulties and/or autism. You’ll discover performing arts together to produce meaningful performances. Working for a dynamic social enterprise, you’ll have great support and be joining a team of people who are looking for more than a job. There’s the opportunity to grow and develop the group within the role.
