Salary: £18,790 - £23,487 per annum

Who are we?

Moat is one of the top 30 housing associations in the UK with 20,000 homes spread across south east London, Kent, Essex and Sussex and we continue to develop new homes at an impressive rate too – last year we delivered 861 and we are aiming for another 3,000 by 2020.

The role

Our Customer Service Advisors respond to calls from customer, contractors, and suppliers from across the South East. You will be the first point of contact, providing detailed information on a range of issues.

Along with front-line customer service experience, you will need the right attitude and communication skills to provide the highest quality service as part of a tight knit team. We believe there is a huge difference between taking a call and listening to a customer.

Our Customer Service Advisors undergo a training programme that will equip you with an all-round knowledge of customer services and the housing sector.

The Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm and the Customer Service Advisors have working patterns within the opening times.
