Salary: £17,876 to £20,367 per annum

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to the Group Head of Additional Learning Support, ALS Managers, and the Additional Learning Support team within the Hadlow Group.

The role will involve a range of administration and secretarial duties to include data management, word processing, excel spreadsheets, dealing with telephone enquiries, diary management etc., as well as taking minutes for departmental meetings and the preparation and collation of documentation for internal and external meetings/assessments.

A key part of this role relates to SEND processes; the collation and management of Education Health and Care Plan (EHC Plan) consultations, booking and organisation of EHC Plan annual reviews and other departmental activities.

The successful candidate will need relevant secretarial/administration experience and have excellent organisational and IT skills including advanced excel knowledge. They will need to have the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative. Good communication skills are an essential requirement of the role, as the successful candidate will be liaising with staff, students, parents and external professionals.

This is a full time post for a fixed term period of up to one year. As this is a Group role, the successful candidate will be expected to work at both the Hadlow and Tonbridge campuses.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, salary sacrifice scheme and free car parking, this post also attracts 30 days holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and to provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Where applicable a prohibition check will be carried out.
