Our client based in Manston are looking for Warehouse Supervisors for shift work on a temp to permanent basis providing the applicant passes the probation period.

Shifts which rotate weekly: We do expect the person to be able to work OT in the short term which may include Saturday mornings 06:00 – 12:00 (which is paid OT).
Early = 06:00 – 14:30
Late = 13:30 – 22:00 & 11:30 – 19:00 (On a Friday)

Champion Health and Safety. Lead a warehouse operations team, collaborating with other departments to ensure operation meets required targets.
Effective task allocation.
Update and asses KPI targets, participate in root cause analysis and deliver investigation.

The ideal candidate will have the below;
-Leadership Skills
-PC Skills (to give basic presentations etc)
- Able to be customer facing
-Be very reliable
-Have previous experience in a similar role
