Are you an administrator with Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills?.Ideally previous exposure to payroll and HR ****Immediate Start******** 1 year FTCBased in Chartham, Canterbury, Kent, a terrific environment in which to work. You must already live within easy daily commuting distance.In this extremely varied, interesting and at times challenging position, your responsibilities as HR Administration will encompass all aspects of HR and administrative support for the HR function, from recruitment and support for employees throughout the employee lifecycle, to supporting management and employees with any employment issues. You will be required to work independently on certain tasks, which will require accuracy and acumen to deal with HR related staff queries and administration.Working closely with the Human Resource and Health and Safety Manager, this is very much a people person?s role, requiring daily interacting with staff, so you really do need excellent HR knowledge of holiday calculations and sick pay, with strong interpersonal skills, a friendly but professional manner, and the ability to handle whatever challenges come your way in a positive and constructive manner.Your Duties & Responsibilities will include:*Manage Staff databases : Strong Excel skills required *Ensure the HR spreadsheets and database are kept up to date and accurate*Manage maternity administration : applicant must know how to calculate maternity leave*Manage sickness RTW interviews and paperwork*Process holiday requests : knowledge of shifts advantageous*Manage staff role change administration*Co-ordinate inductions and manage recruitment process *Liaise with recruitment agencies *General Human Resource duties such as :-oRecruitment / New Starters & Leavers / Staff Development including; Co-ordinating & managing recruitment of new staff, Setting up personnel records, Employment contracts, References, Termination paperwork, Support Managers in appraisal process, Organising training.*General administrative duties and responsibilities in support of Human Resource and Health and Safety Manager.*Health and Safety administration, filing of Risk Assessments, completing daily, monthly Health and Safety forms. Assist with weekly fire alarm testing and completion of reports and registers.
