Principle Duties and Key Tasks

• Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls
• Corresponding and communicating with clients and Insurance companies
• Customer Service & Data Entry
• Cross selling other products
• Provide Administration and Customer Service Support to the Motor Insurance Department

Hours of work- 9am – 5.30 Monday to Friday or 10am – 7pm Monday – Thursday on shift, 9am – 12.30pm Saturday
