I am looking for an up and coming restaurant professional who feels ready to step into a management role. You will possess an exceptional knowledge of food and drink and it will be obvious for all to see how passionate you are about it. To be considered for the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I am looking for previous experience of working in a fine dining restaurant with a minimum of 2 AA rosettes. You will already be in a supervisory role however, consideration may be given to a talented Chef de Rang who shows exceptional potential. This is an excellent role for someone wishing to progress within the industry at one of the country’s leading establishments.
