My client a large charity organisation in London, require a Software Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The successful applicant will have experience in Developing CRM Solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including exposure to developing Plug-ins or callouts, Workflows, Interface customisations and application extensions (MS Dynamics 4.0 is desirable but not essential)
Developing C#.NET (3.0 and 3.5 solutions are desirable but not essential)
Working in a technical project team; working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Having worked within a project methodology that takes a project from conception to post delivery. Agile delivery methods such as SCRUM are beneficial (desirable).
Developing a CRM service that will be available to several geographical locations (desirable)
Integration technologies such as BizTalk (desirable)
Exposure to a high availability environment with complex platform and infrastructure requirements including load balancing, clustering, web farms (desirable)

The successful candidate will be developing CRM Solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
and developing C#.NET.
