Vanquis Bank, part of Provident Financial, operates from a modern, spacious contact centre located in the heart of Chatham Maritime.

We have a number of Permanent opportunities available for you to join us as a Customer Account Agent in our Customer Service Department contacting and responding to our growing base of customers over the telephone.

Our Customer Service Department is at the hub of the contact centre and are responsible for all inbound customer enquiries so you will deal with a wide variety of calls ensuring our customers enjoy the high levels of service they have come to expect whilst managing their expectations. You will also cross sell other Vanquis Bank products to suitable customers.

• You must be an effective communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent Customer Services Skills
• You will have excellent verbal and written command of the English Language
• You are driven by the achievement of personal and team goals and enjoy working in a target based environment

Salaries range from £6.90 up to £8.05 per hour depending on your skills and on your becoming cross trained across our contact centre. Shifts available:

Mornings 08.00 – 11.30 (3.5 hours), minimum three shifts per week; plus every Saturday either 09.00 to 15.00 or 10.30 to 16.30
