An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Operations Administrators to join this well established financial company, based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.
Responsibilities:
-Accurate processing of CREST, collective and foreign transactions within required deadlines
-Reconciliation and resolution of failed transactions
-Processing high volumes of transfers within short deadlines
-Reconciliation of stock positions
-Accurate administration within depot/custodian structures
-Liaising with clients, custodians and counterparties
-Exceptions processing for client holdings
-Ad hoc duties as required
Skills Needed:
- Hardworking and conscientious
- Flexible and highly motivated
- Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, identify and escalate potential problems
- Ability to communicate at all levels, building positive relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties
- Able to work alone and/or unsupervised taking ownership of workload
- Ability to work under pressure, paying attention to detail, accuracy and organisational - skills
- Logical mindset, methodical approach to work
- Embraces continuous learning to include relevant industry qualifications
This company are currently expanding, and are already 40 strong.
Salary up to 18K with benefits including full training and excellent career progression.
