To manage the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets.
In conjunction with the Managing Director, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets.
Motivating staff with incentives and rewards.
Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs.
Implementing agreed business plans.
Listing and selling properties.
Ensuring business is compliant.

Package.
Opening Hours: 08.15 – 18.30 (Monday – Friday with one night until 19.00 for ring out sessions)
Saturday 08.15 – 17.00
Sunday 10.00 – 16.00

5 day working week over the 7 days – one day at the weekend
Pension Scheme (Contributory)
22 days holiday per year (Increasing with loyalty)
Salary: OTE £40,000 - £70,000 + car + private medical cover + benefits.
Basic - £16,000 - £22,000.
