Logic Construction Projects are a professionally chartered building company based in Maidstone, Kent. In line with our ambitions, we have an opportunity for an Associate Director to join our growing business and assist taking the company to its next stage of its development.

Our operations are predominately in the commercial construction sector undertaking new build and refurbishment projects, but our projects do cross over into the private residential market working on high end housing developments.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to become a senior driving force within the company. The role requires an individual to:

• Have experience working in the tier 2 or 3 construction industry on projects valued at £100,000 to £1.5 Million.
• Have experience in working in the contracting sector.
• Be quantity surveyor trained, or excellent commercial skills
• Understand the processes of estimating from first principles and undertake this function within the daily duties
• Be professionally qualified; either MCIOB or MRICS as a minimum
• Have senior experience of managing a team of people

The role requires a diligent and responsible person who will take pride in their work and have a good perception of ownership and responsibility. Ideally suited to someone looking to take the next step in their career and share in the successes growing the business will bring. Alongside your daily financial and estimating function, the role will be responsible for the delivery of our projects with staff reporting directly to you. So your detailed knowledge of construction methodology along with your ability to manage a team will be key attributes to the role.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of £60,000 per annum, car allowance and bonus of up to 10% of basic salary. You will also have opportunity to join the company pension scheme and other associated benefits of working for Logic CP.
