The X-ray division of our business is currently seeing good growth, and to help maintain the highest levels of customer care, we are looking to recruit a new field service technician.

The role of a Field Service Engineer: - X-ray

The primary role of the field service technician for our X-ray division will include; travelling throughout the designated area: London - South East - Essex - Norfolk - Cambridgeshire, undertaking annual service visits on our full range of X-ray generators and Digital Radiography systems - commissioning of new X-ray equipment at customer sites - troubleshooting customer problems over the phone, and onsite, and where required, repair of Digital Radiography systems.

Key Skills:

The successful field service technician would ideally have electrical and mechanical skill sets, combined with knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and PC networking. Experience as a field service technician dealing directly with customers, combined with good organisational skills and a methodical, logical thinking mind.

Applicants with experience in the medical field, Digital Radiography systems, PACS and DICOM will have an advantage, although full product training will be provided, both internally and by our supplier.
