Páramo, the award winning technical outdoor clothing brand, requires an Online Sales Manager to lead our small but busy Online Sales team, which sits within our wider sales organisation and is supported by our online Digital Marketing team. The position is based on the outskirts of Wadhurst on the Kent/East Sussex borders.

The Role
The Online Sales Manager is responsible for managing the online sales process and all associated tasks that follow a website purchase.
You will drive and manage sales through our in-house and third party online platforms ensuring a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to plan for, and recommend improvements to, the integration of multi-channel retail within the Páramo systems and provide exemplary customer service through all methods of communication.

You will develop a clear insight into customer needs and identify new and engaging ways to capture and retain sales through our various online platforms. You will work closely with your colleagues in our Digital Marketing team to optimise all aspects of our online sales.

The Person
You will be a fast learner with good computer skills. You will be driven with an analytical approach and able to undertake research where needed. You should be a team player who is calm under pressure and able to lead a small team. You will be organised and decisive, with good communication skills (both written and verbal).

The successful candidate should have a good standard of education, ideally with a degree in an analytical subject.

An understanding of online sales environments is essential and a familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager will ensure a smooth transition to this role. Basic HTML would also be preferable.
