We are recruiting for experienced waiting and bar staff to work in a busy function and conference center.

This is a very varied job role where no two days will be the same. You'll be serving guests throughout functions and conferences, working behind the bar, clearing tables and washing up as required.

An understanding and appreciation of customer service is essential as you'll be representing the company to the guests.

You'll need to be able to follow instructions well and work independently.

The working hours will change on a weekly basis following the business demands. Therefore you will need to be flexible and able to work until late in the evening.

*Own transport is essential due to location*
