Our Westerham based client is looking to expand their In-bound Sales team. Customer Service is a vital part of their business, setting strategic objectives to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. The team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to our customers and ensure needs of our customers are met
Working in their Contact Centre, you will provide their customers an efficient and friendly service.
You will handle enquiries from customers, update databases and resolve situations effectively.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Ensure all queries received by phone, email, fax and letter are responded to within the agreed time scales and to a satisfactory standard
Provide customers with an excellent level of customer service
Offer appropriate sales solutions to out of warranty customers, offering all alternative sales packages and associated labour call outs
Taking a high number to calls on a daily basis
Meeting sales and performance targets set
Maintain customer records by updating information on company database
Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers
Cover reception in the event of absence
Respond to customer queries through various channels including telephone, fax, e-mail and social media
Cover in other areas of the Customer Service Department when needed
Input registration cards returned from their customers
Input daily reports returned from their Service Engineers
Actively participate in call coaching sessions
You must have the following skills:
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong sales ability
*Strong people management skills and able to communicate at all levels
*Experience implementing new ways of working and improving efficiency's
*Taking responsibility for own targets
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent Customer Service
*Able to strive towards goal and meet targets set
You will have worked in a similar role where you are used to taking high volume calls
Full training is offered
Own transport is required due to location.
