We currently have a vacancy for a Help Desk Co-ordinator to cover the Maternity Leave of our permanent member of staff.
Leeds Castle in Kent is one of the country’s leading heritage visitor attractions, welcoming over 550,000 visitors each year. As well as the 900 year old castle we have estate buildings, holiday cottages, bed and breakfast accommodation and modern domestic properties.
To support the Maintenance Team we require a helpdesk co-ordinator to receive and log maintenance calls on the helpdesk database utilising helpdesk software. The person appointed will allocate work orders to the in house maintenance team and/or contractors/suppliers. Responsibility for the PPM schedule and reactive maintenance jobs and close attention to detail will ensure that all tasks are completed on time to the highest standards, meeting service level requirements.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and have strong administration skills. Excellent IT skills and a good working knowledge of FM software are also required together with effective communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, be hard working, show initiative and be able to work alone at times. Please only apply if you are able to attend interview on Thursday 4th August and would be available to start on Monday 8th August 2016.
