We are a busy Complementary Health business based in Tunbridge Wells looking for a part time experienced finance and office administrator.

Although the day to day finance / bookkeeping transaction processing is outsourced to an external company, we are looking for someone to share the remaining in-house finance and office management tasks with our existing part time member of staff.

The key tasks and responsibilities for the roles include (but not limited to):

• Financial Reporting
• Dealing with suppliers
• Credit control
• Petty Cash reconciliations
• Month end management reporting
• Liaising with external accounting company
• Correspondence – email, letter and telephone
• Calculating Commissions for 3rd parties
• Office Management e.g. looking after office hardware, alarms, insurance etc
• Staff Absence recording
• Working with management to improve processes and procedures

Skills and attributes required:

• Good overall understanding of bookkeeping / finance administration
• In depth working knowledge of Excel
• Previous relevant experience within Finance Dept / Office Management
• Good communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Flexible and able to multi task
• Working on own initiative

Hours: 15 hours per week (with possibility of overtime to cover holidays / absence)
Preferably 4 days per week but open to negotiation
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
