Personal carer / community enabler
£8.25 per hour with enhancements for out of hours working
16 plus hours per week as well as flexible working and zero hours contracts to cover shifts between 8am and 8pm with option for some night shifts.

Ambley Care is part of Medway Community Healthcare, a well-known and well regarded community healthcare provider in Medway and beyond.
The role
We are looking for personal carers/enablers to support people in the Medway Towns to regain their independence following discharge from hospital. Some experience in a care environment would be preferred but is not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team are essential. You will need a full UK driving license and have access to your own transport.
As a personal carer/enabler you will work under the guidance of the rehab therapy team, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our patients.
You will be required to support and motivate patients with personal care activities and support the individuals with their reablement program and will help to maintain accurate records.
