Internal Recruitment Specialist / £25,000 + benefits / South West London



My client, a sought after employer based in South West London are looking for an internal recruiter to join them on a full time basis, initially for a 6 month period.

This role involves sourcing candidates for a range of internal roles across the UK, using your experience in recruitment to develop various candidate attraction methods, as well as sourcing candidates via adverts, but also through development and maintenance of excellent relationships with recruitment agencies. You will be involved in all interviews, recruitment training and hiring manager feedback in order to ensure a high performing talent attraction function, coordinating assessment centres where appropriate and supporting line managers in all areas of the business with their recruitment requirements. You will be responsible for providing a weekly report on all pending vacancies, as well as managing the Student Placement initiatives across the organisation. Your role will encompass all aspects of the recruitment process company wide.

This role requires a recruiter with a strong commercial acumen and an outgoing, approachable personality with the strength of character to work with a variety of personalities and ensure full control of the recruitment process. Ideally suited to someone who has working in FMCG or retail recruitment. This is an extremely busy role with high volumes of roles to manage so the relevant candidate must have experience dealing with high volume recruitment. There is huge scope for progression for someone who comes in and hits the ground running. I am ideally looking for an ex commercial recruiter looking for an internal role.

You will have a high energy approach developed through a background working in a fast paced commercial recruitment environment with a good understanding of the regulations surrounding recruitment. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and driven, thriving under pressure and enjoying high volume recruitment. You will be extremely successful at developing effective working relationships and have an all-round business acumen that is second to none. You must be educated to a good level.
