You will be part of an exciting Tax Refund Team and each day you will have the opportunity to liaise with customers, employers and HMRC to acquire data to support a succession of claims which you will manage.

An important part of the job is to have the drive and ability to build a long term working relationship with our customers. Communication will undoubtedly be one of your fortes and you will be committed to delivering world class customer service to all our clients.

We are dynamic and hardworking and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join our team.

Good written and spoken English is a requirement with IT literacy and understanding of basic mathematics an advantage. Previous taxation or accounting experience is not required as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and prioritise processing activities and client contact towards, achieving an agreed target.
2. To work with your Team Leader and Manager to continue to develop technical skills and knowledge appropriate to the role.
3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.

• Target driven and determined to succeed as part of a team.
• Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Have the ability to analyse data to draw logical conclusions.
• Have the ability to summarise complex ideas and concepts in a simple and effective way.
• Ability to learn quickly, show application to continued personal development and commit to undertaking and successfully completing the RIFT training program.
