German Speaking Trainee Recruiter/Resourcer Vacancy

Salary: £17,000

Select Appointments are working with a successful niche recruitment company to appoint a talented German speaking trainee recruiter/resourcer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells is a small team of 5 members of staff they also have an office based overseas. They are looking for a trainee recruiter/resourcer to support the recruitment consultants in sourcing and vetting candidates for a variety of positions both nationally and internationally. The successful candidate will poses the following attributes:

-Degree educated or A-Level educated with 1-2 years office experience

-Native or fluent German speaking

-Desirably would have some recruitment experience in IT recruitment but not essential

-Team player, money motivated and driven to succeed

-Competitive with the ethos to be the best and beat other competitor’s

-Excellent telephone manner, ability to build effective relationships with candidates

-Strong interest in Recruitment

Our client offers commission structure on placements made from candidates you have resourced as well as weekly incentives such as pizza and voucher’s. They offer a fun and friendly environment to work. Starting salary is £17,000 however negotiable for candidates with experience.
