Are you CIPD qualified or Part Qualified? Are you available to start immediately and ready to hit the ground running? If so, we may have the role for. Working for Ashford Borough Council some of your responsibilities would include:
* Sickness and absence management
* Provide support and advice to managers and employees
* Ensure policies are understood and complied with
* Provide advice on pay , job evaluations for pay increases
* HR administration
* Assist with recruitment, interviews, selection testing etc
You report directly in to the in to the HR Manager, a CIPD qualification is desirable either part or fully qualified and you must be fully computer literate. Ashford Borough Council can start a candidate ASAP but will be carrying out interviews first, so if your skills and experience are suitable for this role apply today!
As a temp for Office Angels you will receive weekly pay, up to 28 days holiday a year, pension and additional benefits such as eye care vouchers, retail discounts and incentives/competitions.
