Arun Estates is looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor, Photographer & Floorplanner to cover a network of busy offices across Thanet.


Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the southeast of England and in total we have over 100 branches across our network. Arun Estates commitment to Estate Agency and the housing market means that we employ our own Domestic Energy Assessors to complete Energy Performance Certificates

As part of that continued commitment we are expanding our team.

As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, you will join an established multi discipline team to undertake energy performance certificates, electronic floor plans and professional standard photography.

Candidates will ideally have some experience of digital photography and production of electronic floorplans although full training will be provided on both aspects.

You should be able to demonstrate a methodical approach, the discipline to work on your own and possess a “can do” attitude in line with our company culture of the client coming first at all times.

You will have recent experience as Domestic Energy Assessor and hold the necessary qualifications and certification. Arun Estates will arrange for accreditation in order that you can integrate full with our systems.

We are able to offer home working or an office base together with all the associated equipment, staff benefits, a reward scheme and company car. You must hold a full driving License; have a good knowledge of I.T and strong organisational skills to undertake a busy, varied and rewarding appointment schedule.
