FINALLY are looking to expand our team and are looking for an intelligent and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, who really wants to immerse themselves into the creative world.

Who are you?
You are either a recent graduate in business/media or someone who has at least one year’s experience within a creative environment.

You have amazing communications skills, get on with all types of people, while at the same time come across as professional and trustworthy.

You are organised with an eye for detail and are never afraid to take on the challenges that are put in front of you. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can work on multiple projects at one time and do whatever it takes to make sure deadlines are not missed.

You have good written skills and would be confident in putting together client proposals and presentations.

What does the job involve?
It might be quicker to tell you what the job doesn’t involve, because this role will be exceptionally varied, however some of your responsibilities will include:

• Face-to-face meeting with clients
• Writing proposals and preparing quotes
• Writing and entering awards
• Supporting the team in producing client presentations
• Managing and writing case studies for completed projects
• Supporting the pitch process from start to finish
• Managing projects, working with designers and web developers
• Following up sales leads and enquiries
• Updating FINALLY and client websites

Start Date: A.S.A.P
Hours: Mon-Thurs 09:00 - 17:00, 16:30 finish on Friday.
Salary: £18000-£21,000 depending on experience
