Avante Care & Support provide high quality residential home care and support to the elderly and those living with dementia.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department based at our Head Office in Faversham.
Main Duties:
• The preparation & computer input of financial data, including routine purchase ledger data;
• Checking input documents to computer listings;
• Verifying documents received are coded & authorised in accordance with company policy;
• Reconciliation of supplier statements;
• The maintenance of computerised records, including data entry into spreadsheets;
• Arranging supplier payments by BACS & cheque;
• Internal recharges of postage & stationery; and
• Filing and other administrative duties.
