A client that I am recruiting on behalf of is looking for a Property Development Manager to be based from home or in the Tonbridge offices. The flexibility of this role is excellent, you have the choice to be full time or part time (3 days per week)
The ideal candidate will have property management experience, you will have a proven track record of purchasing, developing, refurbishing and selling properties for a profit.
The purpose of this role is to source properties that would be profitable when developed, you will present your choices to Senior Management and then a decision will be made on which properties to go ahead with. You will then develop and sell for a profit.
The profit you make will determine your commission.
This is an excellent opportunity and will not be on the market for long.
