The main purpose of this role is to fully manage the end to end processes of the staff payroll and Company expenses systems.
• Maintain all necessary records for new starters, leavers, and changes to existing records.
• Process and analysis staff timesheets, checking and entering variable overtime, commission and bonus payments in line with contractual agreements.
• Process and submit monthly payroll data, including statutory year end returns, P60’s, P11d’s and Company Pensions, in line with current legislation and company processes.
• Reconcile all payroll control accounts and maintain monthly payroll postings to the financial accounting system.
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and improving all payroll processes in line with company procedure.
• Deal with employee salary and payroll queries
• Liaise with Revenue and Customs where necessary
• Update and Maintain all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SPL, SPP and SAP
• Maintain and update P11d database with employee benefits
• Process pension contributions
• Complete ad-hoc payroll admin and reports
