We are seeking an ambitious individual to work at a busy insurance intermediary in Sheerness, Kent. The company has experienced recent growth and are looking to add to their team.
The successful candidate will be working on insurer and business accounts.
We are looking for a good telephone communicator, motivated to succeed within the working environment and achieve monthly accounts targets. Competent literacy and IT skills are necessary for you to be considered.
Must be educated with at least 8 GCSE’s grades A – C
Must hold minimum of AAT (https://www.aat.org.uk/) Level 2.
This is a part time – permanent role for 2 - 3 days a week, (7.5 hours per day).
Duties include:-
Service telephone calls incoming to the office
Assist with the administration and service of existing clients
Reconcile Insurer Accounts on monthly basis
Reconcile Business Accounts
Chase and manage overdue payments
Assist with the running of monthly reports
The salary is negotiable with additional benefits including a company pension and bonus packages.
