At Port Lympne Reserve we require a full time Chef for our unique Livingstone Cottage which is part of our Short Breaks overnight accommodation experiences for the coming season from now through to November.
You will be the personal chef for up to eight guests staying at the cottage and present them an exquisite fine dining experience. You need to be confident working on your own and cooking in front of our guests. You must be presentable with a positive conversational attitude. Our ingredients are locally sourced and cooked from scratch.
We are looking for a motivated experienced chef who understands the importance of excellent customer care and can deliver a high standard of service. You must be reliable and have a mature approach to work.
It is desirable for you to hold a valid UK driving licence and have your own transport. Uniform will be provided. Hours are split shifts over 5 days per week up to 40 hours per week. Breakfast is at 8am and dinner is served at 7.30pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
