£16,000 Basic + open ended monthly commission + incentives + benefits – OTE £26,000 - £30,000
Westin Par Recruitment provides permanent recruitment solutions within specialist medical, office and commercial market sectors. Our client base includes private hospitals, care providers, community pharmacy and blue chip office commercial clients. We are celebrating 9 years of success in our chosen market. We work from state of the art offices at Discovery Park in Sandwich and we are looking to grow the existing team.
Your day will be challenging and varied, taking responsibility for both candidates and clients. A Recruitment Consultant is primarily responsible for:
•Identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and managing a client database
•Developing a network of candidates and managing their aspirations and career search
•Focussing on the importance of service delivery and client relationship management
