About Questor Insurance Services Limited
Established in 2007, Questor Insurance is an independent privately owned insurance company offering a small range of niche insurance products. Questor Insurance offer products such as car, motorhome, minibus and van hire excess insurance, travel insurance, personal motor excess insurance and gadget insurance. Questor Insurance also has an in house claims department known as Orchard Administration that handle the claims for the car, motorhome, minibus and van excess insurance policies sold. Questor Insurance is successful due to the strong level of customer service provided by the hardworking and friendly customer service team.
The Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for dealing with our customers on a daily basis. This role involves interaction with the general public, suppliers and colleagues, therefore the successful candidate must be a confident communicator, deal with complex customer queries and be equipped to handle complaints or difficult situations should the need arise.
The Person
The successful candidate must have exceptional organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, a high level of computer skills, the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative and should be able to prioritise their work load efficiently.
They should have a good basic education (five GCSEs, grades A-C) and most importantly, the individual will have a great work ethic and be eager to learn.
Benefits
Salary – £14,000 - £16,000 OTE
Holiday – 22 days plus public holidays (January to December)
Birthday leave – after 1 year of service
Study towards NVQ in Customer Service
Small, customer focused, friendly team
Fresh fruit on Mondays
Perkbox membership
Monday - Friday
The role is based in Medway, with good transport links.
