A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HGV driver to join an established and growing family business. Colin Batt Removals is an established removal company, specialising in piano removals, serving the whole of the UK and Europe. We are looking for an experienced removals operator with an HGV licence (CPC certified) who is comfortable and able to fulfil all removals activities, including loading lorries, packing and managing removals jobs.

You must be utterly reliable and of good character, have good communication skills and be smartly presented and courteous at all times. This is a key customer facing role and as such you should be comfortable working with all and any customers, such as celebrities, Royalty and large corporations.

You must have a digital tachograph, have a clean HGV Class 2 licence and be physically fit. The normal working week involves up to 45 hours, usually between 7.30am and 4.30pm. You may be required to work different hours depending on the job requirements and spend nights away.
