Positions Available: Enablement support staff, Medway

This is a fantastic opportunity for any community carer with existing experience looking to develop another skill thus enhancing their career or anyone interesting in building a career in social care. This is a challenging and stimulating position for people to work with a small team, building and developing a more rewarding model of support.

Pay rates from £8.50 to £10.50 an hour with petrol allowance and paid travel time. Full and part time positions available.

Must be able to work some evenings and weekends, and have use of their own vehicle

Duties to include:-

Working closely with clients to rebuild confidence and lost skills.
Developing goals and monitoring success, adjusting where necessary the delivery of support in order to obtain identified goals.
Managing and assessing support plans, working and liaising with other members of the healthcare community to deliver desired outcomes.
