Data Networks Support Engineer – SAGA

We are looking for a dedicated driven individual to join our growing IT Department as a Data Networks Support Engineer. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to the network infrastructure, performing moves and changes, and making enhancements across the Saga network.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and education:
• Extreme network hardware (predominantly X450, X460, X670) (desirable).
• Extreme XOS software (versions 11 – 15) (desirable).
• Check Point hardware and software (R75 onwards).
• F5 Load Balancers (4000s).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching.
• Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) r77.
• Extreme ECS (desirable).
In addition you will be a customer focused, well-developed individual with a professional, consistent positive attitude towards the customer, with a methodical approach to problem solving, acting on behalf of the customer to resolve IT issues efficiently.
