The Kent Autistic Trust is a very well respected specialist provider of services for adults with autism. It is an innovative charity providing day and living support services, day activity services and family support. The Trust encourages maximum independence, choice and use of community resources, within a supportive environment. The Trust supports 119 people across 15 sites across Kent.

We are currently recruiting for:

Role: Individual Support Worker

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £14,750 p.a.

Hours: 37.5

Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm


Experience Required/Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults)
• That you hold a clean driving licence (for at least two years) as you may be required to drive
• Experience and or knowledge of epilepsy
• Experience of working within the field of services for adults with special needs
• A willingness to participate in a continuous development of the service and an ambition to ensure that people are supported to achieve their aspirations within the community.
