The Role
As a Customer Service Team Leader your role with be managing a Customer Service team while handling challenging customer complaints and resolution via writing and telephone response. This role will be predominantly telephone based resolving issues such as incorrect addresses, disputes, undelivered goods and reallocation. You will be liaising with customers and our clients delivery drivers throughout the order and delivery process.
Skills / Experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to resolve complaints
Excellent communication skills
Management or team leader skills - desirable
Experience of working within a phone based environment
Good standard of IT Literacy with minimum grade C GCSE in Maths and English
