We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, well run day nursery as a part time Lunchtime Assistant. The hours of work will be between 11:30hrs – 14:00hrs Monday – Friday.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working with children and ideally will hold an NNEB, BTEC (Child Care) or NVQ III.
You will supervise and encourage children to be independent at lunchtime as well as interacting with them during various activities. It will be your responsibility to ensure the needs of the children are met at all times providing them with a caring, stimulating and interesting environment.
Whilst this is a fun and rewarding position it is also highly demanding requiring you to give your full attention and energy for the whole of your shift.
