We are not recruiting for one but TWO Accounts Payable Clerks to join the Finance team within Saga Holiday. Both are full time working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, one is permanent and one is Fixed Term until the end of the year.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll need to be diligent, proactive and focused and be really keen to ensure all work is completed to the highest possible standards.
You’ll ideally have some experience of accounts based work but if not we are willing to train someone who is driven and motivated to start their career in Finance. We’re looking for someone who is an excellent team player but who can also work well on their own initiative and who isn’t afraid of asking questions to ensure the job is done properly.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate input of invoices and credit notes onto the AP System, collate and check weekly BACS payment run, chase logged invoices and resolving supplier queries.
