What is the role of an Xpert Agent?
The key to any successful estate agency is getting quality listings so gaining new instructions will be the main focus of your business. Our proven, forward thinking methods will give you the competitive edge in any market place. As an Xpert Agent you will be able to offer clients the best of what a traditional estate agent can offer but with a difference!
You must be able to manage your day and after training be able to generate valuations. Above all you will strive to offer the best possible customer service experience to your clients, building your business by increasing market share through referrals.

What are the rewards?
You receive 50% of the total fee on completion of every property you list.
The company average fee is £2,000.00. Based on this you will earn an average of£1,000.00 for every completion (subject to area and average property price)

Our top earners have generated fees of up to £7,000.00 (£3,500.00 @ 50%) for one transaction and up to £80,000.00 (£40,000.00 @50%) for multiple listings / New developments.

After training we would estimate the following activity and growth;

Year one; 3 completions per month = £3,000.00 = £36,000.00 per annum. 

Year two; 5 completions per month = £5,000.00 = £60,000.00 per annum.

Year three; 7 completions per month = £7,000.00 = £84,000.00 per annum.
