Ashford Leisure Trust (ALT) is looking for a Fitness Club Manager to play a significant role in our success. You will be responsible for the day to day management and development of ALT’s three gyms of the club.
The Fitness Club Manager will engage, inspire and develop their club teams to support members to achieve their health and fitness goals in an inspiring and safe environment. They will manage and grow memberships, revenue and profitability of the business whilst delivering an exceptional customer service experience and be passionate about working in an environment that constantly strives to improve customer’s wellbeing.
As part of your role you will need to be target driven to meet and exceed individual and team targets and have the ability to secure corporate deals with local companies. You will be accountable for staff management and facility presentation whilst taking a positive approach to change and development.
You will be required to produce annual/monthly sales targets and budget plans for all sites and ensure the sales and retention targets are achieved on a monthly basis.
