As a Commis Chef you're the first rung on the ladder to becoming a great chef and this company is willing to train you or harness your expertise if you have current or previous experience.
You'll be involved in food preparation, cooking under supervision, rotating through sections such as Sauce, Vegetables, Fish and Butchery.
You'll assist in managing the preparation and production of high quality food service to the restaurant and well as dealing with banqueting services for client functions.
The client will consider trainees for this role from candidates who have studied some form of catering qualification.
