AnsaCom is a long-standing, award-winning company based in Southborough providing call answering services to businesses.
We are looking for full time staff to join our expanding team.
We are looking for the following skills
Attention to detail
Good clear speaking voice and helpful telephone manner
Reliability
Initiative
Multi-tasking
Able to work under pressure
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Team working
Accurate Typing skills and able to spell
Professional manner
Our working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30-19:00, Saturday 8:30- 17:30 and Sundays 10:00-16:00; Our standard working week is 40 hours and we will provide a regular working pattern for the sucessful candidate however some weekend work is likely and flexibility is required. All call handlers will be given full training and will be fully supervised during their working hours.
Salary from £7.21 per hour.
