HR Officer – Hastings Office
HR Officer – Thanet Office – Fixed term up to 12 months
HR Coordinator – Folkestone Office – Fixed term up to 12 months

HR Officer:
You will be a great communicator and someone with a flair for working in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will be driven by a need to deliver excellent customer service by providing appropriate and pragmatic advice to our employees and working as part of a busy HR team.
Working actively towards the people and business strategies you will be the first point of contact for all the business areas within your remit.
You’ll constantly be looking for opportunities to improve or add value to our internal and external customers and you’ll be integral to raising the profile of core HR practices, whilst also supporting business goals. You’ll be highly customer focused and integral to supporting and delivering The Saga Way, by putting the best interests of our people at the heart of all you do and realising that nothing is too much trouble for our customers, both internal and external.
You will partner with managers and employees from our busy contact centres working on a range of HR activities including:
• Dealing with all Employee Relations issues in line with Company Policy and play a key role in the resolution
• Pro-active and consistent absence management for both long and short term absences.
• Offer guidance to Managers on all things HR related
The ideal candidate will have HR experience, part or fully CIPD qualified would be also be an advantage.
