We currently have not one but TWO exciting opportunities within the Holidays contact centre. One full time and one Fixed Term up to 12 months covering Maternity Leave.
The Travel Contact Centre is currently looking for an inspirational manager to lead an energetic, enthusiastic and driven sales focused team.
You will be required to continually seek improvement in sales performance, while driving the delivery of long-term results whilst balancing short term priorities to ensure strategic and operational KPIs are achieved and exceeded. Bringing our selling principles to life in everything we do is a key part of the working environment.
You will be responsible for team performance and improving poor performers through the construction of development plans whilst maintaining high consistent performers. Working in partnership with other Sales Managers you will identify wider priorities, allocate resources and monitor performance. Seeing things through our customer eyes is vital so you should always be looking to improve our customer journey.
