Churchill House Summer Centres (CHSC) operates English Language (EFL) summer schools at various sites around the UK. Our clients come from many different nations and it is our responsibility to ensure that they receive high levels of service and care while they are at our schools.
CHSC recruits around 200 short-contract staff to work at our summer schools. Working with the Recruitment Manager, the Support Coordinator will audit all recruitment processes to ensure that all staff are recruited according to strict CHSC policies and UK laws, requesting references/paperwork as necessary and escalating any problems to the Summer Centres Director (SCD) as necessary.
During the summer, the Support Coordinator will be the main customer service link between the summer centre teams and customers or internal stakeholders such as our sales team. Queries/requests received should be forwarded to the relevant manager and a response communicated to the customer/stakeholder as soon as possible. Requests/responses should be tracked to ensure that this process is completed as quickly and effectively as possible.
The Support Coordinator will also carry out Head Office administrative duties as necessary.
This position is based within the Churchill House Summer Centres office in Ramsgate, although some travel to summer centre venues may be necessary.

All employees will be expected to provide proof of identity and all relevant qualifications (originals only) – photocopies will be taken for our records. All employees will be required to sign a Children Act declaration to state that they are not barred from working with minors.
