Experienced events catering manager required for prestigious arts based organisation in Margate. You will be confident, articulate and very well presented with strong organisational and logistical skills. You will work closely with the Catering manager to administrate, organise and deliver a variety of events including intimate weddings and other celebrations, evening drink and canapé receptions, sit down lunches and dinners, buffet and sandwich lunches. You will have the ability to delegate and motivate your team, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be financially competent and calm under pressure. In addition to the events role, you will deputise for the Catering manager.
